Hi! I recently started using a Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Cream Cleanser. I have clogged pore and a lot of them are little bumps under the skin and would not go away. I was using a gentle face wash and a pore minimizing case wash once a day (one is the am and one in the pm). I also use a sensitive skin toner and Nivea sensitive skin face day cream (as well as a night cream). I was always too scared to use an acne wash as my skin can be sensitive. I bought the Neutrogena face cleanser last week and haven't been experience any dryness but I have been experience a lot of clogged pores/pimples coming to the surface. I was just wondering if this is normal? My skin leaves marks whenever one is popped or anything and I have some redness on the apples of my cheek. I am 26 years old and never had to really deal with skin issues like this and am lost! Please help!!!

Anyone who posts questions about skin on here will get a lot of different answers. You will have people tell you what worked for them - it is often anecdotal.

If your skin is suffering, you're best getting yourself into a salon that specialises in skincare. I would never use nor recommend over the counter products I'm afraid. Most that are for an acneic skin tend to really overdry and strip the skin.

Good luck
