I'm sure you could find a youtube instruction very easily. I use foils with gel polish and it is so simple and beautiful. With gel polish just apply foil after color coat. It will stick to the inhibition layer. Then top coat and cure. With traditional polish you need to let color coat dry, apply foil adhesive and then foil then top coat.
 
Yep, although, if you want a more shattered or antique look, try screwing your foil up a bit in a scrunch if that makes sense then blotting onto the gel polish. This looks to me like a mint, with a basic gold foil. Hth x

Mine look like this so close to what you're looking at.

Foil folded and then dabbed randomly in the nail.

A bit more might give the result you're looking for

That looks lovely. Ordered some foils so am going to give that a try. Seen sarahs youtube vid for full coverage but was unsure about the broken effect. Thank you x
