Can i apply foils to natural nails without damaging them in any way? And if you can apply them then how do you apply them? Thanks

yes you can use on natural nails without a problem at all,
just put a thin smooth layer of foil adhesive on and let dry completly apply the foil and rub over the entire area then whip back the backing,
