Hello All,

I need to contact freewebs, regarding the monthly payment you pay.... I have a new bank account and the card they take the money off is no longer in use - So they will end up closing the account and I have only just launched my website - I need to inform them that I have a new card to use.

I have emailed them on the help page and they say they will get back to you within one day - BUT THEY HAVEN'T NOW AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 DAYS!!!

I don't want them to cancel my website and cannot see another way around contacting them

Any help, I would be very grateful.

Have you tried using the ticket option for help, dont know if that will be answered quicker for you, but I usually get fast service that way hun..hth...xxx
 
After a long navigation on their website, I found the support and the "ticket". I suppose as I had asked them to reply to my personal email, I was panicking. Still not got a resolution.

All I want to do is change my card details over and carry on paying!!
