Hi guys!

I'm a newbie and need a bit of help. I've just got some new white false nails and am about to do a set of French manicured party nails on a friend, and have just realised that I could just leave the tips showing instead of painting them on. I'm planning on therefore painting the base coat on, then the colour (x2), then correcting any smile line issues, then top coat. Does this sound about right to you?

Thanks! :D

are these whole stick on nails your talking about or tips?

Sorry Michelle, I should have been more specific: tips.

I was just thinknig that if the white tips were showing that it might be easier to avoid chipping as there's essentially no varnish to chip. I've never done it, though, so I was just wondering if it would be considered good practice.

Thanks! :)
