Hi everyone

Does anyone do a promotion like a coffee card or "frequent flyer" points? I'm thinking of putting something together but wanted to know how it's working for anyone else?

I was thinking of something like a stamp card - collect 12 stamps and get a service of your choice free (or something like that).

One question I have is that I also wanted to start a referral scheme for my existing clients - refer 5 new clients and get a free service. Should I keep this separate, or should I tie it in somehow with my cards (like each referred client equals 2 stamps or something?)

I've been working part time and it's been going well, but as my son is about to start school I'm hoping to bump up my client list and get closer to full time. Leafletting and word-of-mouth has worked pretty well so far, but I'm reluctant to pay a lot into advertising in case it doesn't provide a good return.

* I'm posting this on a few forums I frequent, both nail related and otherwise, just to collect some ideas. Thanks for your help!

Hiyah
I do loyalty cards and give them £5 off any treatment after the card is full, I use a stamp which I got off vistaprint free ..just had to pay for delivery it has my business name on it, I got my loyalty cards from 3t promotions, they do all kinds of marketing ideas etc.. I also offer one stamp per friend that they recommend which again is popular.

Thanks Sue!

How many stamps do you have on your card? How many treatments do the clients have to buy to get the £5 discount?

I'm a big Vistaprint fan - I'll see what I can put together!
