I keep seeing them on instagram. I've mainly seen good reviews (after googling a bit, not on insta) but I wondered if anyone on here had tried them?

I've not heard of it.. But I'd suggest checking all the ingredients- for most of these kind of things the main ingredients are diuretics, to make you pass more water therefore making you lighter. X

I'm guessing it's similar to Bootea which was a diuretic blend in the morning and a laxative blend at night - not very pleasant and not a sensible way to lose weight x
