Hi guys I need some advice, I'm moving into my salon in 6 weeks and really want to start on the right footing and get a dust/Fume extractor. I've looked a few but really want something that does both things...I'd really appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance xx

Vodex sell two different units that are made in the UK by BOFA International - who are experts in industrial ventilation and filtration, one unit has one inlet, the other has two inlets - this is useful if:
a) you want under and over suction
b) you want to use on two different tables at the same time.

The main thing to look for and which distinguishes effective filters - is having an active carbon filter that is at least 1kg for chemical vapours.

This blog article explains more. It was written about the Filtronic Beauty Line filter from Sweden that we use, but the design is similar to the Vodex so the principles still apply.
