I have had a set of nails put on today - NSI L&P with gel overlay - my prob is I have put a coat of Creative Moonlight over the gel and Out the Door over that. Now, nine nails are fine but one thumb keeps peeling and pitting when it dries - I have re-applied three times and each time it does the same - have any of you geeks any ideas as to what is causing this??? :o

Hey! can no-one help me?? - It's my grandaughters christening on Sunday and that's why I had my nails done - I want my thumb to look as good as the rest!!! - I have only done a Creative foundation course in L&P and so have never had gel over before!! the tech who did it was NSI trained and swore that I'd love it!! PLEASE HELP - Do I need to take the gel off?

If there is gel over the top then my guess is tha the gel on that nail is not quite cured. This is possible with thumbs (or any finger really).

Solution: quick buff to remove gel layer, reapply, cure well, then paint

Cheers Marian  - I'll try that now!!
