Gel nails on a 92 year lady

Hi there I'm booked in to do a clients mum tonight and she's 92, oldest I've ever done bless her! Just looking through my client record cards and the questions on them are basic (no diabetes ect) could you lovely ladies tell me what questions to ask her alongside my form so I know I've covered everything.
