Gel polish lids sticking!

I am having a mare with this!!!

I know ideally my polishes should be upright but as I'm mobile sometimes they end up all over the place.

My lids get stuck on soooooo tight I literally cannot undo them!

I've tried putting cuticle oil around the neck but its not working.

Can anyone help or advise?? Using my teeth looks really unprofessional

I have a old disposable glove in my drawer, you don't need to put it on just wrap it around the lid to get some grip
