Gel

I'm just doing my nail technicians course at the minute but would like to go on to learn a different gel system. Using star at the mo but have been looking at both bio sculpture and calgel. Have people used either of these systems? Cheers

Welcome to the site.
The best thing to do is to do a search on here as both of those gels have been discussed a lot and there are a great number of threads about them (and other gels too).

yep i use both!

Just my humble opinion......

• Both about the same price
• Both very similar gels - application wise and end result wise
• Bio have a fantastic colour range (far superior to calgels - sorry i wish i didnt have to say that cause i love calgel:cry
• Calgel is a MUCH stronger gel - a ONE PHASE GEL - perfect for natural nail overlays & sculpting no need for faffing with silk.
• Both 'can' yellow/discolour (it seems to be a trait of soft/soak off gels.)
• Both well known / sought after brands.
