Do you have to have a manicure/pedicure certificate. I have done gel/acrylic training with a recognised company. Would this be sufficient enough to use Geleration.

I don't know - you'll need to ask them. Some companies don't accept anything but recognised & standardised industry qualifications as there are so many companies offering their own training it's impossible for a company to know what's covered in each & to what standard.
