No the girl said it was two coats black, two coats glitter and that the glitter was really thick when the tech was spreading it on. The one from the new collection is a glittered black isn't it? xx

I have on my own nails two coats of Black Shadow with one coat of Concrete Couture over and now you say it, it does look similar. The only thing is CC is dark silver large hexs plus small glitter pieces but all one colour - dark silver. It is very,very thick though like the lady said. The swatches on the Harmony site (posted above) are over black polish or it would take several coats of CC on its own to get that coverage.
The pics the OP posted has different colours to the glitter which makes me think it is Grand Jewels - but then I wouldn't call Grand Jewels particularly thick!
