Gelish lifting, help!

:Scared:just wondering what all of a sudden i'm doing wrong and it seems to be the gloopy colours like allure and samuri , the colour comes off like a false nail after a week , as anyone had this happen lost one lady dont want to loose any more and i'm carefull never go over side wall cap free edge with all coats lamp is ok i'm so baffled:idea: x

Are you wiping the sticky layer off before applying your shimmery/glittery coats? There's no need to. That's the only thing I can think of? X
