Gelish pedicure

Hi, bit of an odd one but I thought I would ask you!! I had a new client last week Monday who came for a Gelish Pedi before her holiday to Barbados on the Weds - she’s just messaged me to say on the first day all of her gels peeled off?? I’ve never heard of this before and normal have to work really hard to take off Pedis because they last so long!!! Any ideas why this would be?? ‍‍‍R xx
