Gellux problems

Hi can anyone help? I'm currently using gellux gel polish but hav a couple of clients getting split nails half way down the nail plate!! One lady suffering this is a new client so I know I havnt done any damage but I'm worried about this.

I use gellux and I really wouldn't have thought that it is this making their nails split.
