Hi guys and girls, I'm going to start using Gerards in my salon, I have all the information and spoken to all the lovely people but I just wanted to ask your advice on what you think the best treatments would be to start with?

I really like the look of: Oloil, Lulur, Shea Bliss, Magic Honey and Reminessence.

I wanted to do some slimming ones too but there are sooo many to choose from!

Also I've narrowed down the facials to: Re white, Caviar, Rigenera, Glycolic, Soy and Collagen eyes.

What do you think? Are these good choices?

I have found Shea bliss to be very popular, the only other body treatments I do are chocolate and sea weed cellulite. People tend to have the chocolate as a one off or booked as a treat by someone else and sea weed cellulite has not been so popular but I think that is down to me not premoting it properly.

Facials I do all the basic facials and then chocolate (actually very effective but again not that popular, I wouldn't choose it for a client without them requesting it as some people prefer flowery smells) vitaminic (find this suits many clients), peat (messy but very effective at calming congested skins) soy soy (gorgeous), glycolic (amazing if people book a course), glycol and White (this overlaps with glycol so maybe you could get away with just buying the additional bits so you don't have duplicates), regenera (again lush but I guess you wouldn't need this if doing caviar). I didn't choose caviar because of the cost to the client with the retail products.

I would highly reccomend the gla facial as this can be used on very sensitive
skins.

Beyond clients choosing whether they want a basic facial or a specialised one I choose according to their skin type, so as long as the facials cover your clients then you will be fine. Maybe think about getting either vitaminic/oily skin/peat for your clients with congestion as you don't seem to have chosen a deep cleansing facial (glycolic is good for these skins but not every time).

Sorry for the waffling hope it is of some help!

In summary:
You have chosen regenera, soy and caviar but they are all for similar skin types.

Maybe choose one of these and then vitaminic (for unbalanced skins) and GLA for (sensitive skins)? Unless all your clients are mature skin types.

Just goes to show it's all about how you market the treatments and your clients :) they are all wonderful treatments so you really can't go wrong.

My answers didn't show up for some reason!

anyhow, totally agree with Weezie as per usual.

I would recommend the prescriptive facials as that is what I do most of.
glycolic is fab.
soy soy is good for anti ageing.

shea bliss is by far the most popular of the body treats.

Thank you ladies haha I'm so excited about it all :)
