getting signed out of salon geek

I know I have put this in the wrong place but can someone tell me why I keep getting signed out of salon geek, its fine one minute then go to another part of the site and it signs me out grrrrr, its not just on my home computer it does it at work aswell even when I check remember me!!!! What am I doing wrong!!!
