Getting to Fingertips, Edinburgh

Hi All

Can anyone tell me how to get to the fingertips centre in Edinburgh? I'm driving down tomorrow morning to start my masters.I'm coming from Aberdeen and know how to get to the forth road bridge but not sure how long it'll take me from there,can anyone please advise? I should of called the centre this week but been so busy I forgot !!!! thanks xx

The Fingertips Centre is Harvest Road, Newbridge, Mid Lothian, EH28 8

probably the simplest way would be to go to multimap.com click n the tab for directions and print off directions from the net.

I would allow a little exta time for the journey if you are travelling at peak times as the road can be busy.

It's very easy to find. Go over the Forth Road bridge and once over go straight on (dont jump into the slip lane on the left). Go into the middle lane of the three and carry on straight when the left lane slips off. Carry on straight and eventually the road joins another motorway. Stay in the left lane and this turns into a slip road. Go up and onto the roundabout. You want to turn right (ish!) into the industrial estate where the petrol station and MacDonalds is. I can't remember exactly after this (but you are very close - within a minute or two) but I think it is left after the petrol station and then left again or maybe second left (I think it might be signposted then). Once you are in the industrail estate you are very close, so you could phone for directons from near the petrol station is I get you lost! lol
