Nowhere does it say it's Russian hair so I would be a bit weary. They are just calling it "russian range". My guess it is Asian hair that has been acid washed and then stripped of the cuticle layer to be thinner and resemble Russian hair. This is often the case with a lot of "European" hair, it's just European style hair but actually is Indian or Chinese hair that has been treated to resemble European hair. Let me know if you do order, I am very intrigued.
