Does anybody know what I should search for to find the 'large' pieces of glitter on the photo, someone has asked for glitter like this. Many Thanks x

That looks like a clear polish with hex glitters in it.
Something like OPI Servin Up Sparkle, Essie Set In Stones etc those are the kind of polishes to look for.
Or you could search for hexagon glitter if you wanted loose glitter to place on the nails.
