Goldwell 10v & 10p

Hi I was going to down a warm 12.1 with goldwell 10p & 10v, would I be best to use 10vol?? What about development time?? Thanks xx

Yes, 3% & development time is just by eye. I tend to do it at the backwash because it can be as little as a few minutes.
