Greenies!

So over the past couple of years working full time as a nail tech, around 5 of my clients have been prone to the horrible ‘greenie’!
I’ve been filing down the gel, putting a cleaner onto the nail plate and then continuing with the treatment and in my experience, they usually just grow out.

But when I google it, some people say they should get treatment from a doctor!
Is this right? How do you deal with clients who have greenies ?
