Hair dark (almost black) to light brown with blonde highlight

Hi everyone
I'm nota hair geek so would love any advice here!
I have very dark hair (although naturally very blonde) and am sick of my roots looking grey!

My friend is a hairdresser so doing my hair for me although would like to see what you guys have to say

I want the same as Kim kardashian when she had pretty much blonde hair

She will be using a colour eraser,wash that off then after that highlighting the bits I want highlighted, washing that off then using a base 5 all over x

Now I have no idea of anything I just said so any help would be appreciated x

Erasor, then foils, flood between foils with the 5. Wash all off at the same time.
