Hi geeks,
I've always dyed my own hair(however, never finished my education as hairdresser due to too much mental stress at the time)..
Anyhow!
I'm in a bit of a pickle, I've just dyed my hair because I wanted a cooler root/mid length as it's gone warm golden-yellow-ish, but the color to neutralize the yellow hasn't grabbed at all - it's still far too warm and it looks more so because the other 1/3-1/2 is silver white..
I used a L'Oréal Majirel 10.21(I've used a long list of brands over the years) with a 20volume developer..
My hair is in good condition, and I had L'Oréal Smartbond as a stand-alone treatment a month or so ago - so I generally take great care of my hair!
How do I get my hair to grab that damn color, so I can correct/neutralize it? Is it because I should've used a 10-volume?
I'm so frustrated!
