Hair growth and micro rings

Hi geeks,

I really want my hair to grow us there anything I can do to help it grow quicker? Also if I was to have micro ring hair extensions would this effect my natural hair growing?

Any advice and tips would be appreciated

Hi ,
Firstly a good healthy diet can help hair growth, using shampoos and products with no parabens and sulphates. treating it kindlly , so little heat and no bleaching . be careful with tieing it up with hairbands as can cause breakage .
There are suppliments on the market for hair, skin and nails some of my clients report seeing improvements .
If your hair is strong and healthy and microlinks are fitted proffesionally and cared for correctly it shouldnt effect the growth at all . some of my clients have now got longer hair than they ever thought possible by wearing microlinks as they stopped dyeing underneath and less styling and straightening , hope this helps
