Halo gel polish questions

gel polish brand by pure nails. It is amazing for £xxx but I have found that after I cure the gel and try to put glitter over the top it dosent seem to stick?

Could it be that my lamp is too strong? Is an opi lamp as this is my main range but the halo gel polish comes out practically bone dry?

Just wondered if anyone else had this problem or if there's anything I could do? Would really love to be able to use them with glitter xxxx

I haven't used glitter yet. But I read somewhere that you need to put thin lair of top coat on over cured colour first then the glitter, cure, then top coat again.
