hard cuticles

hi all im ezflow trained and i dry prep but ive had a client with really hard cuticles and half way up her nail i could not budge it with pro pusher wst should i do ? before enhancements ?

Do you use any kind of cuticle remover to help soften them up before pushing back? This might help x

you could also try giving her a good manicure a few days before flower - that may help
