Yes it is Tammy Taylor, the series of tapes look interesting but its always better to get various opinions on the product. It could probably be good depending on your needs I suppose.

i have a tammy taylor training video and it is very good. however you need to be a tammy taylor user if you are going by this video as the method of aplication for tt acrylics is rather different from other brands.
