Has anyone heard of specific colour highlights?

A client has emailed to make an appointment and we don't know how long to make the appointment for before we see her as we haven't heard of this before, anybody any ideas?

Hi, she just kept saying specific colour highlights, but not sure if she was meaning like balayage or something other than a full head highlights. Just going to ask her to pop into salon and speak to her. Thanks for replying.

Could she possibly just mean highlights and lowlights ? ..
Clients think they know all the lingo nowadays hahaha
