Has anyone on here had an ingrowing toenail removed?

Just as the title says really, I have just had mine done last week. Its just been partially removed, you know when they just cut the ingrowing side part out as I wanted to save the main part of my big toe nail. I was wondering how long it will take to heal, anyone had any experience of this? xx

I've had both sides of both big toes, hurt at the time but feels great after week or so and helped with my ingrown nails
