Has anyone seen this condition before?

Yes i think its more than pigmentation because im sure the doctor would of easily diagnosed it!! I keep searching in the net but have not come across anything even like it!! Its strange!! If i ever find out what it is il let you all no thanks again for your opinions on what it is xx

Its on my own legs and feet lol.. No i havent had one of those but i am going to see my doctor this week so i will say it to her!! Thanks x
