That’s like a gelish poly gel (or one of the others that has come out). I used this method for a fix on my own nail but only lasted a week or two.

If you mean the forms then they've been around for about 15 years, CND launched them way back under the name of 'PopIts' - they are also known as Dual Forms, I think NSI have just relaunched them as I've seen an increase of videos/questions about them recently
