Have Creative gone bust?

Just had a phone call from a pal who is trying to get on a Creative Foundation course. She has rang 2 nail academies with no ansa. She then proceeded to call customers service at beverleybeauty web site who retaol all CND Products to be told that Creative have definatley gone bust.
Is this true.

No it isn't true... Hyperion Group (CND distributors in the UK) went into liquidation.

A new distributor has since been announced, it's Sweet Squared.
