To those who offer HD Brows and/or LVL Lashes, have you found them to be a good money earner? I'm thinking of training in both and offering them alongside nails. Has anyone found it beneficial to their business? x

I trained with an LVL professional using LVL products. You know what: it's a lash lift. I paid a sixth of what she did to train. She has the brand behind her... but no one I know has heard of LVL and they can see what a lash lift is from pictures.

I did LVL training last month, found it reasonably priced and really professional, i have had 11 treatment in the last two weeks it paid for itself in the first few treatment so im happy i did it

Hello,

I've trained in LVL and can honestly say - it's done nothing. I'm really disappointed as I have tried pushing it but I'm thinking it's the area I'm in. It's a fabulous treatment and worth doing - IF you have the type of client to take advantage of it xx

2 treatments paid for my training, the third for the products for the next 12, the rest is profit. I have used the LVL method and the products and I have used lash lift and tint. Result: identical except one costs a fraction of the other (leaving the therapist with more profit). HD brows has enough of a name that I can believe it has transformed businesses. I have a background in marketing - and my pet peeve is 'brands' trying to rip me off.

They are both premium priced services if you charge £15 for CND Shellac those clients are probably not going to pay the price these services cost. However if they fit into your clients budget then you will be fine!

Thanks everyone. I'm seriously considering going on the HD Brows course. Not sure about LVL Lashes. It was either between that or the Nouveau eyelash extension course. Do you think it might be best to train in LVL before taking an eyelash extension course? I want to specialise in lashes and brows which is why I'm considering using top branded products x

Iv trained in both and LOVE both. Both treatments are good earners. LVL is easier to mastet than semi permanent lashes. I have more LVL clients than lash extension clients now. You can charge more for LVL than reg lash lifts and the imagery definitely helps sell the LVL.

I'm all pro marketing as the public can be brand snobs so it definitely helps to have a good brand behind you, even if they haven't initially heard of them yet. But they will, as HD Brows has demonstrated.

I'm inundated with clients after the LVL treatment but I promote it well on social media. Lots of my clients have also gone onto to view Lisa Eldridge's demo on YouTube so they can see what it is all about.

In my opinion, it's a big advantage to train with a big brand.

I have decided to train in both treatments. I'm quite nervous but positive it will be worth it :)
