Help! Advice for before my spray tan

Hello,

I wondered if any skin geeks could help me? My friend has just started spray tanning. She has told me that I have to exfoliate 48 hours before and that I can't use any purfumes/shower gels/make-up ect before which seems right...but how do I remove my make-up ect before? I can't go 48 hours with no deo/ make-up! is this right?

Any help would be appreciated!

Just dont wear make up as you are having the tan done!

You dont have to avoid it for 48 hours

ETA the day of your tan dont use any moisterizer, deoderant etc.

Hi,
Exfoliate the night before your tan, moisturise well.
Don't use body lotion on the day of your tan, no deodorants or sprays, no make up for just that day.
Then your tan should be just fine.
