Help at a loss with lack of training options!

Hi Geeks,
I really want to retrain as a hairdresser but will struggle to afford this if I give up my current full time job. Ideally I am looking for an evening course which my local college no longer provides. Does anyone know of any places that do evening courses in the northwest, I am based on the lancashire/cumbria border?
