Help! Disappearing nail art!

Hello

Now I know this sounds stupid, but I have just finished airbrushing my nails and had applied 1st airbrushed top coat as usual. i went to put on the 2nd coat (as usual) when I noticed that my colour was lightening and has now almost disappeared (especially as I am typing with a pen!)

This has never happened before to me.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Also I posted a question earlier about the shelf-life of opened primer. does anyone know the answer please.
