Help - half a head of hair extensions

Hello! I need some advice with application of half a head (100g) of nano bonds.

How should they be spaced out? Typically this is about 120 bonds. How many should be put in the sides? How many rows overall? How many strands in one row etc?

I’m finding it hard to blend the hair and make it balance out without looking strandy.

Horse shoe layout will help. (Looks like a letter u). Alongside each row in a brick work pattern. This way the hair lays down flat and full looking.
