Arh i have a wax treatment booked for tomorrow and i am trying to get the wax out of the tin. Has anyone got any tips on how to do this?

LOL......well you don't spoon it out as one of my favourite students told me she did.

You can either turn the new tin upsides down over your wax pot so that it runs into the heater. You rest it on the wipe bar so it's slightly tilted. ONLY DO THIS IF YOUR WAX HEATER CAN TAKE THE FULL AMOUNT, UNLESS YOU ARE DOING IT WHILST YOU'RE THERE SO YOU CAN KEEP AN EYE ON IT.

Or, you could put the whole tin in another heater and when it's melted, carefully pour some into your heater.

If I've not made myself clear, just call me (click on link below for number). xx

Thanks Kim, think i got the hang of it now. Its balancing on the wipe bar coming out very slowly but surley.

I am looking forward to doing my first wax with it tomorrow :)

It doesn't fit doing it this way on my Babyliss heater as the tin is wider than my heater,

So... I melt the wax by putting the tin in a saucepan of boiling water and keep the heat on low till it's melted (Not too high though!) then decant into my heater xxx

Hi chick, i just did it in my babyliss double heater, it kind of came out in a rush and then i just twisted the tin in circles until the access went back into the tin (if you know what i mean) Nightmare.

Just waxed my boyfriends back with it and it was ace :)
