Heyy Fellow salon geeks. I have a client who has previous salon colour plus box dye over the top 🤦🏻‍♀️ she has had a previous balayage done in salon which has obviously now been coloured over and was wanting to go lighter again (see attached pics 1st is her hair currently next two are what she’s after) Her hair throws a lot of warmth and she does like to be on the Ashier side any suggestions on going forward with this ? I use GOLDWELL but Feel free to share any other brand formulas

I think your best option would be to do a colour remover, possibly even 2. This'll be the easiest way to remove that banding and be sure that you're not creating excess damage before even starting to recreate the goal colour.

Thanks for the reply ronray this was my initial thought I use zalon remover had thought about going on on the dark band I can see in the mids from the pic neway! I think I was just looking for abit of handholding can’t say I’ve done much colour correction in the last year 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️
