Hello, just seeing if any of you have the same problem or can help me! :)

My artistic led lamp pro 30 when the light comes on cuts my radio out ! Or fuzzles it!!! It's driving me crazy!

xxx

Could you move your radio a bit further away from it?

This happened to me too, in a clients house, my gelish lamp made her radio go funny, but only when her hand was in there and it was lit up! Very strange lol, sorry no solution though!

Haha oh dear, yeah same thing!!! Only when hand is in ohh think I will put the massage cd on from now on, it's so odd! x

It's not really odd. It's basic physics otherwise known as electromagnetic interference.

I can remember doing simple experiments at school to demonstrate the phenomenon.

As izzidoll suggested up thread, just reposition your radio further away from the source of the interference, i.e. your lamp. ;)

They are placed at opposite ends of the room x

Try moving the radio around the room whilst the light is on or placing something in front of the radio to deflect the waves. Alternatively, swap the radio as another one might not pick up the interference as readily.
Also, look at other possible sources of electrical interference from phones, tablets etc.

Hope you find a workable solution soon.

Yeah me to 18g makes radio go funny when the hands in and the lights on lol it's kind of a running joke with clients it usually kicks back in at 2 seconds to go lol

Hi ladies. We are experiencing a similar problem in my Salon; our Artistic LED Lamp interferes with both our DAB Radios. So, we did some research and found the attached article that implies that the bulbs have been sourced from China! We also approached a local electronic specialist who sold us an extension lead to absorb the interference. He said if this didn't work he was likely to agree with the article. Interestingly, we have tested it against three other LED Lamps; the new CND one, a cheap one from Amazon (China!) and the Orly FX one and none of these interfere. We therefore contacted Darren Crook, the MD of Louella Belle who has now taken our lamp in for testing and doing more investigation, although he did imply that the three other lamps were faulty and that he had never heard of this problem before!
