Hi guys really hope someone can help me ! lol
I have a lightweight bed with alimininimum legs, was doing eybrows yesterday and I like to do it with client sitting up, so I was trying to bring the height of the bed down, when I was doing this the little metal ball that sits in the holes (for height adjustment) went up past last hole!(so had to put all 4 the same so bed was'nt wonky) and I cannot get the legs back down now! so bed is super low, good for clients not for my back!
Has anyone any idea how to get them back down??
Thanks in advance xx

I'd give who ever you bought it from - you may find that it is still under warranty.

bought over internet but I'll email them hopefully can help me lol xx

if its designed like i think it is the little ball is on a u shaped spring with the ball on the upper of one of the uprights thats how it was on my fishing bed chair !!! and i did the same thing with that i had to twist the telescopic leg back n to and give it a good strong pull to loosen the springs grip on the widening at the top of the legs but dont over force it as your warranty might be voided there is a fine line between being firm and totally wrecking things !! as i have found out to my cost several times :irked::irked:

Cant get finger in as its at an odd angle but can feel something that feels like a spring lol the legs are not budging at all! tried taking some screws out but still nothing moving lol xx

oh well better get a kneeling pad then or some scatter cushions and a kimono you could do a sort of Japanese tea room/waxing they were into torture and i have been waxed !! ouch !! at knee height for the time being lol hope you get it sorted soon :):)

na dont suit a white face lol cheers hope so too! xx

Hi, you could try a light spray of WD40 through one or more holes to lubricate it a bit but don't overdo it, and give it a pull (ooh sounds rude:lol:)

I had a problem like that with my on-site massage chair. I ended up jamming the button in with the end of a pen and twisting the leg so I could adjust the height and then twisting it again to secure the new height. Not the most professional thing to do in front of my client, but he was very tall and I had to adjust it!! :irked:

Fixed it!!! lol turns out all I needed was an alan key, and a steel pole and plenty elbow grease! wee ball was on a spring thingy all I had to do was un screw legs from bed and ram steel pole down :) done! thanks for all the replys guys xx

oh so pleased for you
