Help needed with Glam and Glits

does anyone else find it super difficult to colour block with glam and glits? I also use CJP and i never have any problems, but with glam and glits ombre and marbling is fine but colour blocking is always an issue. Does anyone have any advice, tips or a YouTube channel I should look at (I'm already subscribed to Sarah's nail secrets) that will beable to help?

I work drier and use my brush to shape it rather than cutting
