The spa mani & Pedi is a really good course. Its mostly product related but I hadn't done pedis before so my tutor showed me what i needed to do.
If your going to buy the kits I recomend getting the training as well as its a lot of products and they show you exactly how to use them. It helps you to not umm and ahh in front of the client as to what you do and which is the next product you need to use!!
