Help please Koleston leaving hair red

I have been using Koleston 12/0 and 12/11 mixed with 40 vol but my hair is now looking red. Can anyone advise on what colours I am best using? Can’t afford to go to a salon. A hairdresser friend used to do my hair and use these products so I carried on at home myself. Lately though it just looks red not the blonde I would like? I like the colour of the ends of my hair so after a colour to match that. Can anyone help please? Would like to stay with Koleston. Thanks x
