Help please LVL reaction

Hi geeks after advice if possible. I did LVLs on a lady yesterday, she had her patch test 24 hours before, everything was fine, she had LVLs everything fine. She's been to the hairdressers today (after the 24 hours of not getting them wet) and now she's saying ever since then they've gone incredibly itchy and red and she can't seem to calm them down. I've advised her to take a antihistamine but what else can I do? Not had this before in over a year of doing them

I would also suggest popping to the pharmacy and/or seeing her doctor. It's a worry when this happens isn't it!
