Help please with google advertising

how do i advertise on google for free?? many of you mention this as a good source for advertising but no one says how to do it!
i made a website with webs.com but not sure how to get it up on google

Hi, you can put yourself on google maps for free, and if you put yourself on all the free ad sites, just google free advertising, when someone googles, ie, mobile beauty therapist Bedford, you will come up on it. hth.xx
