Ok, first of all you need to get a contract ... get it all in writing and agreed.

Are you renting an entire Salon, a room or a chair there? I would assume if it was a chair they would be supplying everything doing marketing etc.

apparently she has a contract drawn up but i havent seen it yet, but a lady that manages the other party of the building said that she cant give me a contract because the owner wont allow it?

im just really confused beause i was told i was renting the salon, then the next minute it's only the chair but i've supplied everything myself in the salon.

Is renting a chair sub-letting?
